Reynolds Auditorium (Reynolds Auditorium) Capacity: 200

Description

The auditorium podium has a standard fixed microphone and a computer that is connected to the projector screen. A recorded or full tech support reservation requires 1 hour set up time. If you need anything other than what is provided at the podium like extra microphones for panels and Q&As, please adjust your reservation to include the setup time. The auditorium may be scheduled up to 6 months in advance for groups of at least 50 people.

Last-minute reservations (within 48 hours of a scheduled event) may not be honored depending on the level of tech support needed.

Saturday schedules are limited to events that do not require tech support.

Reservations are not final until they have been approved by the scheduling coordinator.
