Description

The Family History Classroom is primarily used for family history instruction. Faculty/staff may request to reserve the classroom for other one-time uses, after priority scheduling.

  • Whiteboard (behind retractable screen)
  • Portable whiteboard (6x4) (contact the Help Desk to use)
  • Teaching lectern
  • Wall-mounted webcam and microphone/speaker array
  • Option to present from laptop via HDMI or VIA

Scheduling

Priority Uses

For BYU family history courses needing workshops, tours, or other course-integrated instruction contact the Family History Librarian.

For ward, stake, or community family history groups, contact the BYU Family History Library missionaries:

Other Uses

BYU faculty/staff may request to reserve the classroom for other one-time use. These requests will be reviewed and approved according to priority needs. See the Classroom Use Agreement for guidelines. The classroom is not available for full semester/term courses. To request a reservation, contact the Family History Librarian.
